Vihira

Vihira is the capital city of Yadari and is by far the largest Si'indran settlement. It sits squarely in the deep waters of Anta Kitski's southern bay, shielded from the rest of Ibra Sao by the immortal Pitra Hurricane. Home to around a hundred thousand Si'indra, almost all of the goings-on of Yadari occur here.
