Biki'a

The Biki’a (the Eyes), are a branch of the Si'indran army. They are tasked with enforcing the law of Vajakra among Si’indran society, acting as police. They have a very strong presence in Vihira, the Si'indran capital city located on the southern bay of Anta Kitski, and are known for their ruthlessness.
