Katkye Eywin, the City of Ghosts, is a superstructure built by the Loia on a series of islands in the middle of Wys Yaro. It is where the souls of those who chose to deny reincarnation stay in their sikkus (soul rooms). Katkye Eywin emits high levels of gamma radiation and Eir's electromagnetic field is greatly distorted around it.
