Iski'a
The Iski’a are an intelligence agency above the Biki'a and the Inki'a, heading investigations into potential Si'indran rebel groups and dissenters as well as possible or rumoured locations of new artefacts. They also handle all state secrets. The Iski’a also lead ongoing research into the Kitski artefacts along with Si’indran scholars in attempts to discover the purpose of these strange devices and determine their possible utilisation in their own culture.
