Monera

Monera, also known as monerium or coin metal (monero metalo in Ehrdean), is an alloy of silver and copper that is primarily used in coins. First used for coins in the Crimson Empire, coins made of monera can be found throughout most of the known world today. In realms using the Common Coin / Imperial Coin standards monera should be 9% silver and 91% copper.   The Kingdom of Keyrand uses a similar alloy for coins called billon.
