Estro

Within each house in the Kzar Syndicate the Estro (boss) is assigned responsibility over some aspect of the family's business. Each Estro will have soldiers and associates under them and many will also have a Subestro (underboss) that functions as their second-in-command.
The Estro answers directly to their Kzar.
In each house the group of bosses, La Estroj, also serves as an advisory council to the Kzar.
