Carn Irax

Grandmaster at Arms and High General of Tandar, Carn Irax is in his early 50s. He has penetrating brown eyes and a sharp jawline, a grey goatee and swept back medium length grey hair. He frequently wears a silver cuirass over a long sleeved brown leather tunic and matching silver greaves over brown pants. He is rarely without his two golden swords. The Adventurers first encountered Irax in Makkvir at the funeral of Vorteus. When the city was a attacked by Krayak and the army of Sarterian Legionnaires, he helped the adventurers escape the city's central square. After hearing their story, he invited them to a meeting of nations in Karthanc. At that meeting, he advocated for war against Krayak and also for the location and safekeeping of the Triune War Relics. Later, when the adventurers recovered the Scepter of Sarterus, they brought it to him in Drenick where he promised to keep it safe.
