Këthbrïga
Tëgryn and Conn Brìde Tëgryn (a.k.a. Këthbrïga)
The daughter of Eva the Tëgryn and Tadhg -- the son of Mòr the Conn -- Brìde is a member of the noble Houses of both peoples. Following the deaths of her mother and grandmother, Brìde was elected Tëgryn and Conn of Vale and Wood. Age and the weight of her joint offices have imparted her with a wisdom that is respected throughout the Wëryniad and even beyond its borders.
Her epithet--Këthbrïga (strength through wisdom)--is used far more ubiquitously than her given name.
She served as one of the first Cantors from the Hinterlands in the early days of the Weryniad. She has always been one of the most strident voices in Kyfód
She and the rest of her people live under heavy suspicion of involvement with Rydgala, she must play a constant game of appeasement to keep Ïun Kënët from demanding a forcible occupation of her peoples' cities.
