Emperor Garit

The previous ruler of The Spire. A brute of a dwarf known for his iron rule of The Spire, cunning, and strength. A formidable opponent in combat who showed no remorse in having his enemies simply killed. Proud worshiper of the Archdevil Burgroth, Werewolf, and wielder of the Crimson Bane. 
Garit and his group of mercenaries appeared in The Spire during the chaos of an eruption. No one had heard of him before that night. When the eruption of the Spire had finished Garit had murdered anyone with and semblance of authority and replaced them declaring himself Emperor. This began a dark season for those who lived and traded there. Harsh laws with extreme consequences were levied upon the people, and anyone who even seemed to oppose Garit was publicly murdered or disappeared. 
Garit and his rule was eventually deposed by Kelbar Felcorin.
