Queen Shouri Malora of Laintera orders a series of military assaults on neighboring nations that eventually sees the whole continent under her control.

Only a handful of years after she took the throne of Laintera - the blink of an eye in elven terms - Queen Shouri Malora ordered the breaking of an ages old treaty between her country and their immediate neighbor, the Kingdom of Kashal. War raged for years, but Laintera emerged victorious, and Shouri quickly turned her gaze further out.   The seafaring nation of Ascia was next to fall, it's powerful navy useless against a land assault that razed its ports to the ground. Left with the choice between surrender or death at sea, many chose the former, and the rest fled to other nations for refuge.   Seeing that Shouri's path of conquest would not end soon, the king of Shaelan surrendered rather than commit his people to a futile war.   Last to succumb was Aswea, whose dense jungles and made open warfare difficult. But Shouri's persistance and bloodthirsty lust for power paid off. The palace was sacked, and Aswea's people fled into their dense jungles.   Finally, Shouri Malora had control of the entire continent. She named herself Empress, declared her new kingdom the Empire of Laintera , and ruled with an iron fist the rest of her days.
