Jax' Middal

Jax' Middal, also referred to as Jaxum, the Bear, or Alkali, is the chief-god of Atnonut's Universe. He rules over the Terra and thus has control over land.

History

Jax' Middal was formed by the splitting of Atnonut into six forms. The form given to Jax' Middal was the one responsible for the control of the Terra, one of the six forms of magic. He has the appearance of a mighty warrior. In this form, Jax' Middal wields two weapons: the Holy Thrasher, a three-barbed whip capable of carving vast canyons into the landscape, and Jax' Middal's Mighty Axe, an axe with the ability to strip the power from anyone. Soon after his creation, Jax' Middal took a leadership role within the gods.   He, along with the other gods, created Atnonut's Dimension, and within it, the Palace of the Gods, as their home. Together, the gods would later create the Eternal Fields. After the creation of the first two fields, the gods decided to populate the third field, Earth, with a new kind of life. They would split their being in the same way Atnonut once did to create many weaker clones of themselves. Jax' Middal split himself to create the Dwarves.   Not long after the creation of Godkin, the early societies of Earth began warring with each other. Jax' Middal was appalled by this outcome and decided to write a list of laws for the gods, Godkin, and all creatures of the Eternal Fields to follow. The rules forbid the creation of new life within the universe to prevent the escalation of current and future wars. Not all of the gods were pleased by this new set of laws; Tiilaer, being the god of the Destruction, enjoyed the chaos of these early wars and upon the writing of Jax' Middal's laws, decided to secretly create his own dimension consisting entirely of the Destruction. This new dimension would become the Faerii Place.   It was a while before the other gods caught on to Tiilaer. Upon discovering the Faerii Place, Jax' Middal became furious; without laws, the Faerii Place would be absolute anarchy. Jax' Middal demanded that Tiilaer stop his creation of the Faerii Place and future dimensions. Tiilaer refused and waged war on the other gods. To fight against the gods and their Godkin, Tiilaer created the Demons from the bodies of dead Dwarves. Jax' Middal viewed this as the creation of new life and during a battle between the two, Jax' Middal punished Tiilaer by stripping his power from him, turning him into one of his own creations, a Demon, and banishing him to the Faerii Place. The war between Tiilaer and the other gods called for Jax' Middal to add the creation of dimensions as a sin among his laws.   During the population of Earth, Kis', goddess of the Life, grew an addiction to the creation of life. Some time after the war between Tiilaer and the gods, Kis' succumbed to her urges and created two new races of Godkin, Men and Giants. She did not try to hide the creation of these races and was soon punished by Jax' Middal. Kis' was also stripped of her power and was reverted to pure magic, similarly to that that filled the universe before Atnonut. Jax' Middal and the remaining gods took the magic that was once Kis' and banished it to a place between dimensions. Kis' addiction prompted Jax' Middal to add addiction as a sin among his laws.   After the war against Tiilaer, the gods, including Jax' Middal, stopped interfering with the lives of Godkin in the Eternal Fields. They became more reserved and now live out their days in Atnonut's Dimension, with few exceptions.
