Journey across the Desert
General Summary
Started in Andaskilsa, then traveled across the desert, found some tracks and eventually stumbled upon the mine in question. After some recon they discovered the mine was being guarded from the front, and secretly besieged from the west. They went to meet with the forces there and discovered a Goldclaimers corporate militia, encamped at the entrance to a fresh-dug tunnel leading to the mine. They made a deal with the leader there to give them some time to release the slaves before the Goldclaimers flooded the mine with deadly gas. The leader agreed and sent them on their way, letting them go in and break their way through the final barrier. This immediately drew the attention of the guards who formed up and tried to take them down. The slavers were unsuccessful and the conflict ended with 3 dead slaves, 20 or so survivors, 3 prisoners and 1 man revealed to be a vessel for a strange gelatinous creature.
