Lothaire is a thin and pale man, although not entirely sickly. His only real key feature is his pencil moustache, which seems to somehow be two perfect right-triangles no matter what.

The Blaise family is a construction mogul, but one that Lothaire has never interacted with, instead perusing politics rather than the family buisness. However, due to many key legislative pieces and movements (that are supposedly thought of by people other than him) he has risen up in the ranks enough to become Senator of Paris.
