Teleportation Master Scotthany Axel Westman (a.k.a. Scotty)
A polite and peppy young man with an active and detail-oriented mind, who's amazing at putting together the dots no matter the situation, and can always be found with a smile and a cup of fresh sweet tea. One of the younger members recruited into The Sunsetters, originally one of The Waterwalkers Arcane Scientists, he was noted to have a remarkably keen mind for the intricacies of the mass teleportation technology utilized by the organization. As such, he was brought on a special team with a few other members across the organization to update the system into its current form, which is still being improved. As the other members are at sub-locations to monitor all of their teleportation across Edda, Scotthany is the one in charge of the main base, which gives him no small amount of stress.

General Physical Condition
Scotthany maintains a light exercise routine to keep himself trained just to be prepared, so he is toned with some muscle, but isn't anywhere near the level of many Firespreaders.

Personal history
Scotthany was born Matilda Axelrod Westman, but quickly grew out of that person entirely. The Westman family was a small group of professional cartographers that were responsible for mapping out most of Boncly and it's neighboring areas, back when it was all under control of Agartha.
But, as all of Edda was found in one way or another, there came to be little need for them, and they live as humble merchants now.
Scotthany, for his efforts, was seeking to make it into The Dallas Magical Academy despite not having any arcane skills himself. While he was not able to make it in, his talent for tracing Mana Sources and understanding the more mathematic side of Magic Use caught the eye of Mayor Yolanda Felix, who in time would subtly recruit him into The Waterwalkers.

Scotthany is open about their gender as a Transman when asked, but generally doesn't bring it up unless asked.

Education
Scotthany has been able to have a basic 12-year educational career, along with some advanced-level mathematics and Arcane Theory teaching along with his employment with The Sunsetters.
Employment
Scotthany used to work at his families stationary shop, before pursing education in Dallas, where he worked at a Newspaper for printing. Following his recruitment into The Waterwalkers, which at the time he had just assumed was an arcane studies laboratory, he eventually was hired onto the Teleportation Technology Team, before knowing the full scope of The Sunsetters, where he took on the position of the Head Teleportation Expert, which he remains to this day.
Accomplishments & Achievements
Scotthany finds something to celebrate each and every day, but his greatest achievement is his work with The Sunsetters.
Mental Trauma
Scotthany is lucky enough to not have any serious trauma, but he does suffer from a lack of self-esteem in general, and an intense anxiety due to the massive importance of getting his job right.
Intellectual Characteristics
Scotthany's thought process is intensely detail-oriented and observational, with the ability to envision pathways both formulaically and through conversation at the same time as thinking of the current moment.
Morality & Philosophy
Scotthany doesn't credit himself as any kind of special moralist or philosopher, but he does intensely believe in inter-connectedness among communities and nations over all. He doesn't particularly agree with Boncly's overall mission statement of dealing with their own issues, but takes the existence of The Sunsetters as a way to counter act that.
