Queen Rosellia Titania Siog (a.k.a. The Bloody Rose)
The Dreaded Queen of Vampires, a bloody and brutal tyrant and conqueror who carved her way to royalty with a bloody sword. While she ensures that necessities for life are constantly met, and her plans serve to solve the issues of material and currency shortage, she is quick to execute and sentence to fates worse than death. Although, some might argue those go to solve shortages as well.
No one knows exactly where she came from or how she came to be, as she has lived over 1,000 years, but what is known is how she turned the world of The Midnight Realm on its head. Previously, it had been ruled by a mad scientist and wizard, who would constantly eschew duties and formality to merely experiment on the land and benefit the elite, while letting the common folk suffer and perish as monsters razed their homes, sea beasts blocked their escape, and the land itself drained their life.
All of that changed at the dawn of the current era, which is known on the Material Plane as 1 BC. A great war had broken out in The Midnight Realm, which was really more of a flexing contest for various nobles. But then, on a random battlefield, a mysterious figure donned in pitch-black armor with Silver roses stepped in between the warring armies. While she was set to be mauled by the forces, they were shocked to find the front lines torn to bloody pieces with a curved sword that had the range of a mighty whip but cut like the finest blade.
Between that, her untouchable armor, and the commonfolk that had risen up behind her, the bloody conquest of 500 years commenced on that battlefield. For centuries, she beat back the various Vampiric Lords that ruled the realm, their constant contingencies, and the rulers who sprung up at their defeat. One way or another, anyone who opposed her fell to her blade.
Then, as she won her war, she spent 310 years unifying the disparate houses, establishing her own rule, and getting rid of the major issues plaguing the land. While one might find this unbelievable, she had what most tyrants never have enough of: time.
She now heads her dream project, another century in the making to curate enough materials and worthy candidates: The Rozen Court. A powerful, legendary, and intently loyal upper echelon of lords to serve her and see her convictions be done or face the consequences. With her Court formed, plane placated, for now, she sets her sights on The Material Plane, as her conquest is not yet over.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Rosellia Siog is a muscular and well-trained fighter. She has no insecurities about her figure or strength but tends to keep it hidden behind thick or flowing sleeves, as to hide her assets until the moment is right.
Body Features
Queen Siog tends to merely levitate over the earth and water as she moves, and can accelerate herself to immense speeds, although her most notable body feature is her sharp claws, too long to sensically be called fingernails.
Facial Features
Queen Siogs face is unnaturally smooth, with her dark skin appearing almost black in the colorless Midnight Realm, although her white eyes, with red images of Roses in place of pupils, one of the only spots of color in the entire realm, are unmistakable, along with her sharp fangs.
Physical quirks
Queen Siog tends to approach people and conversations with a sense of levity and curiosity, with barely-contained malevolence and pressure of dread.

Gender Identity
Rosellia presents herself as female, and is quite fond of extravagant and wide dresses, however, she has no qualms in acting masculine and bearing her strong armor and blade either.
Sexuality
Throughout her Eons of life, Rosellia has not shown much interest in sexual or romantic interactions, although she aesthetically finds frail and dainty individuals pleasing. She did have a husband to produce an heir, but outside of political benefit there was no true relationship, and she ended his life as soon as it became convinent for her.
Education
The Midnight Realm doesn't have a solid infrastructure, due to its nature as a crafted Demiplane left to its own devices, there aren't many opportunities for professional education. However, Rosellia, whatever her past life was, was able to obtain the skills to master battle strategy and combat, and in her centuries as the queen has learned a great many things on her own along with the assistance of her court.
Accomplishments & Achievements
As The Queen of Vampires, Rosellia has made good on her promises to the people, that is providing them with the same security and opportunities as the upper class, although in her eyes that comes with a responsibility to prove oneself worthy of the opportunities. She has also gone a long way to solve food shortages, and the threat of mana breakdown, although there is still a lot of room to improve on that last one.
Failures & Embarrassments
Rosellia would sooner end her life than admit to any kind of failure, and during the battle, she has been almost entirely undefeated. However, personally, she finds the rebellion of her daughter, Lillian, to be her greatest failure, and the one she must reprimand the harshest, as she cannot simply kill her.
Mental Trauma
As much as she's remained guarded about her own past and worries, Rosellia clearly does not trust anyone except for herself and makes sure to keep any arrangement with others under the threat of death or worse to maintain loyalty.
Intellectual Characteristics
Queen Rosellia keeps a calm and tactical expression during conversations, never letting her mask of superiority and control slip. Not only does this serve to let her mask her intent until she wants to, but but it also leaves suspicious individuals uncertain and worried, as her gaze feels as if ones very own soul is being laid bare.
Morality & Philosophy
Rosellia Siog believes strongly that Might makes Right, and that her strength both politically and physically is what grants her the right to rule over all else. This hasn't been directly challenged, although her encounters with Countess Powell have shown her the strength of mind as well. This extends to her people as well, as she gives them the chances to succeed, but only considers them worthwhile if they battle their way up with their strength. She does not find a community or mutual victories to be true strength, as it requires putting yourself on the same level as another, rather than claiming your own superiority.
Taboos
In her own mind, Rosellia has no Taboo's, except for the slight compassion she has shown in her past. All of the murders, challenges, manipulation, and moments of gluttony in her drinking of life are all justified to herself as the right of those who are strong, and she is strongest above all.

Motivation
Queen Siog is determined to create a society of only the strongest and most adept individuals. She cares not if they're Vampires, Werewolves, Specters, or Ghouls, she only wishes for strength and skill, especially as her war against The Material Plane is fast approaching.
Savvies & Ineptitudes
Queen Siog has had time to train herself in all manners of court skills, along with politics, conversation, and different forms of combat. However, she has taught herself menial work, as she has a plethora of willing (and unwilling) staff who will undertake those needs. She's also incapable of understanding teamwork outside of a leader ordering subjects.
Likes & Dislikes
While Rosellia likes to keep up an eternally aloof facade, she cannot hide her joy for one of lifes simple pleasures: warm Beef Stew, especially with carrots and potatoes. However, she indulges in that only in private and swears any chef to secrecy at threat of being turned into stew.

Rosellia's greatest faith is in herself, and she will never lose that self-interest, but those close to her know she shares some connection to a member of The Fear Gods pantheon, The Quiet Dark.

Compared to a normal scale, Rosellia is not very socially adept, but within her kingdom, as her subjects know to fear her, she believes that her social skills are impeccable.
