Ouroboros Magical Academy
The Ouroboros Magical Academy is an educational organization that oversees multiple Magical Academys within Agartha, and some smaller institutions outside of it.
Started millennia ago by a cabal of wizards who wished to pass on their brand of Ritual spells, it has grown to become an elite institution for both practical and magical knowledge of all kinds, although many will find that their Divine and Natural spellcasting programs are less detailed than their Arcane spellcasting programs.
Currently, it is championed by Kai Kekepania, a Yuan-Ti Wizard and highly skilled caster, who has overseen attempts to revitalize their more failing programs, as well as being the current Circle Speaker for the Calcite Circle.
Structure
Ouroboros is merely the name for the main academy within the Calcite Circle, and the organization that oversees it's children academies. They are each their own institutions with their own structure, but Ouroboros makes sure that each school is meeting guidelines and educational standards for their students, to make sure none are lacking.
