Senator/Mr. Ipos Vigintiduo Gothica
Even in the grim town of Eris, there needs to be strong and effective leadership, which has been found in the form of Ipos Gothica. Elected in 1003 AC, Senator Ipos has shown to be a positive and charismatic force in the otherwise dreary city, eternally with a bright smile on his face. Under his leadership, the community events of Eris have reached new heights of attendance, and their relations with outside cities couldn't be better. He's even succeeded in clearing up some of the unfortunate rumors about The Swamp of Hags, although it is a generally unsafe place.
Of course, that is only expected from someone who is a part of the famous, or infamous, Gothica family. A clan of elected members whose ruling group has 72 key members. It's an open secret that the family is often involved in crime or illegal activities, but it's also an open secret that they have enough money and power to get away with it. No one really knows why one of them would be interested in legitimate politics, but Ipos does seem like the odd one out.

General Physical Condition
Ipos keeps himself trained and active, and he has a wide and imposing frame. This is pretty par for the course for Leonin, but his large mane assists in making him appear larger.

Personal history
From a young age, being raised within the Gothica family, Ipos has had a one-track mind for fairness and equality, from the smallest issue to the largest. When the time came for him to take the role of his predecessors, none were too surprised that he stepped away from the business side of the family, as it was marred in manipulation and imbalance.
It was surprising, however, when he decided to get involved with Politics. Many Gothica's did have a public face, they had businesses to run after all, but having such a public, *legal* face was quite out there.
But, nonetheless, Ipos was determined. He strolled right into the city of Eris with the goal to lead it, and make it better, and worked non-stop for years to reach that goal, building trust with the dread-filled population, improving the city wherever he could, and making his name a famous one around the city.
This finally paid off when he ran for city Senator and won in a landslide by promising better infrastructure and funding, by citing the past tragedies of the town and how they should not occur again, whereas his opponent didn't want to make any radical changes.
In the five years since he's began to meet his goal, and in the 10 years until his time is up, he's bound to make it all the way to the end, all while making sure everything is balanced.
Some might wonder what he is providing for his criminal clan in doing this if he's providing anything. The truth of the matter is that Ipos certainly isn't trying to bring his family to justice, but isn't participating in their illicit affairs either. It appears that, for as much as the other Gothica's are obsessed with one object or another, Ipos is merely obsessed with fairness and his position.
Education
As a young child pre-initiation into the Gothica Family heads, Ipos made sure to study vigorously not only with his primary education but with his political education as well, although he consistently struggles to learn anything arcane, as he doesn't have the best control over his own internal mana.
Employment
Even before becoming a politician proper, Ipos would take on a number of record-keeping jobs due to his love for balance. While he hasn't gotten much employment diversity outside of his political career, he does have knowledge about the key industries in Eris as a part of his position.
Accomplishments & Achievements
Ipos' greatest achievement so far in his life would be increasing the general infrastructure of Eris, a city that most people, including its own citizens, had long since given up on. By increasing faith and security in the city, he's been able to increase the revenue of local businesses, and a bit of tourism.
