Walker of shadows, master of darkness. He was the shadowy whisperer, the darkness was his domain. His eyes and ears were everywhere, constantly watching and listening. Because even the brightest lights will eventually be reduced to embers. And then darkness will prevail.

Master of Darkness

Zinri was once a name that nobody dared to speak off, his reputation is build upon terror and bloodshed. He was a tyrant. But before his legendary reputation, he was just another Greater Demon, eager for conquest. But unlike the rest he prevailed. Getting a brutal repulation during The Red Crusade for his brutal cunningness.

The Shadow Plague: The Shadow Plague was Zinri's Magnum Opus. Ever since he arrived in Ecquamas he was facinated by the Magic here. And he used this magic to experiment, mainly in Dark Magic. Through his many years of experimention he created something called the Shadow Plague, a shadowy sickness that was fueled with Corrupted Essence. He unleashed this plague upon the world, ruining the once safe Pathaway . Though what he didn't notice is that it started to eat away at his mind.

Over the years during The Blood Wars, Zinri started to consolidate his power. Bit by bit he sought to get rid of his rivals. First to go was Lugorom: The Stone Watcher. After he convinced the rest to betray him. And it wasn't long before he also went after Scorgärath: Fire Lord. Now he was one of the most powerful people in Ecquamas, but his fate was sealed. The Corrupted Essence was already eating away at his mind. He grew incredibly paranoid and in the few years he held total power he killed anywho which he thought was going to betray him. He had the reigns of this world and was about to send himself and everyone on it straight into damnation.

The Shadow Dragon: During a dark and gloomy night, a great feat was accomplished. Zinri had successfully corrupted one of The Old Gods with his Shadow Plague. The once mighty god slowly changed into a shadowy Greater Demon. The name? Igrinda, now reduced to a puppet of Zinri. Though her will wouldn't be destroyed that easily, and as soon as she had gotten the opportunity she rebelled against her master. In a battle which eventually resulted in Zinri's Death.

The people were sick of him, everyone was. The world was already bleeding and Zinri only made the wound bigger. His tyranny had to come to a end. And on one faithful day, Zinri would see a army before his gates, lead by Ingrinda. Legend goes that he froze, he didn't order his troops to fend of the attackers. He didn't try to run when they breached the walls, and he didn't scream when they tore him limb from limb. They say he was already defeated by his own rotting mind. His death marked the official end of The Blood Wars.
