Echo Falls

Founded by a group of sepratists from the Everlight Empire found respite in the picturesque foothills of the Penumbra Mountains, next to a waterfall dubbed "The Echo Falls". The settlement's primary founder and sponsor: Lord Tyrus Holt built his castle overlooking the falls and its proceeding river.
Echo Falls began as a mining outpost owned by the Holt family, and quickly found economic success once it was formally established as a mining town. Every morning, the group of miners are lowered into the mines via a rickety wooden lift. That night, the miners would come back out of the elevator, and head home for the day. Tyrus has avoided public scrutiny, for the most part, for his actions to prevent what happened at Cinderseat from happening again.

Council of Echo Falls

The lawmakers and decisionmakers of Echo Falls were put into power after the The Everlight Empire attempted to buy out the town's sovereignty. Tyrus turned it over to his council of advisors, the local heads of community:
Tyrus Holt: presider and head of the council, Tyrus was the former owner and now is the lead voice of the governmental body. His delegate, Galia Strum speaks for him in Valuna.
Apollyon : as head of the Echo Falls militia, this dragonborn oversees the barracks and training protocol.
Lilith Ilfictus: spymaster of Echo Falls and operator of The Den, Lilith won her place after exposing Alexis Ryker's lies and earning the trust of Tyrus Holt. 
Dixie Emmendorpher: Head of the Echo Falls academy PTA board, Dixie is in charge of the education system and the future of Echo Falls.
Amon: Amon was brought in to help with the tiefling refugee crisis, only to become the local leader for their community. He also built the Snowshadow Coven hall, where tieflings congregate and plan the end of the empire.
Lyariel Brighleith: was the diplomatic ambassador from Elscyra, but ended up becoming head of foreign relations for Echo Falls. She also founded the Shadrael church with her mother Ysara.
Garyn Puddlecheek: after helping fix the Displacer, Garyn became the industral complex's lead engineer and designer, creating the Hydroelectric Plant to harness the Falls' natural power.
