The tyrannical rakshasa leader of The Crimson Knives criminal gang in Mantlemine. Almost nobody knows his true form as a rakshasa , as he usually takes the form of a tan-skinned human man. Almost his entire life is devoted to discovering the identity of the leader of The Emerald Claws who yet alludes him, though he does know that she knows his secret identity as a rakshasa, which infuriates him.
