The de facto leader of The Stitched is a being who believes themselves to be the embodiment of no less than 100 individual victims of the fall of the Tower of the Twelve. Pieces of every Dragonmark have been found on their body, including what some believe to be parts of the Mark of Death. They were the first Stitched to manifest an Aberrant Dragonmark, and a powerful one at that. Their mark allows them to peer into the minds of others. This has helped them aid many Stitched in coping with their birth from death.
Leadership is not something they sought out. It is only because of their relative ease in adjusting to their second birth and the manifestation of their Dragonmark that they achieved it. While many Stitched have chosen to take a name, they have chosen to simply refer to themselves as Collective. They have also insisted that any Stitched in a position of leadership do the same with the only differentiation being their purpose.
They have worked with Willow and the Karrnath Association for the Advancement of Dead People to help the Stitched transition into more civilized society.
