Lyrenton

Lyrenton was a village in what is now eastern Darguun, but what was once a frontier town in southwestern Cyre. It sits on the Orien trade road from the Gathering Stone, which continues east into the Mournland.
Lyrenton was razed during the war, and was never resettled or restored. The Ghaal'dar Clans think the ruins are cursed, and avoid going anywhere near them. There is something tainted in the air there that causes people who linger near the ruins to develop a strange wasting disease. Even for those with the constitution to avoid falling sick, the ruins seem to attract monsters from the Mournland like an everbright lantern attracts moths.
