Munin's Magical Medicines is a store in Starharbor, which is owned and run by the Kenku Munin. Here, adventurers can find a wide assortment of potions, herbs and tonics, ranging from standard healing potions, to contraception tonics, to herbs, and potions with more...questionable effects.
Those 'erratic elixirs', as Munin likes to call them, are especially popular with adventurers. Those elixirs are sold for a fixed price and are protected against identifying magic. The effects include but are not limited to: Healing, getting poisoned, flight, changing sizes, teleportation, water-breathing, no longer being able to walk in a straight line, or voicing all thoughts out loud. It is said that people who ended up consuming potions with temporary effects had little control over said effect, which has resulted in people floating in the air with no means to get down, people randomly changing sizes, and one particularly nasty divorce.
