The House of Foxes

The House of Foxes is the major organized criminal element with in the Kingdom of Dunwarick. The House of Foxes can trace its origins to the Dragon Age from its humble beginnings as information brokers and fixers. After the Age of Storms the House of Foxes realized their was a void and swiftly filled that void suppressing more violent and erratic criminal elements that tried to form and organize after the age of storms.   Since the end of the Age of Storms the House of Foxes has operated under the strict control of the Lord of Foxes, whose current identity is unknown but location is rumored to be in Vax Royeaul, under a strict code of conduct. Unlike the Shadow Guild and the Gamblers Den the House of Foxes keeps its hands and reputation relatively clean. In fact there are rumors that the House of Foxes pays double or triple the bounties for the capture of dangerous and violent criminals than what local authorities are willing to pay. Rumors abound what happens to these criminals when they are turned over to the House of Foxes. Some say they are eliminated for disrupting areas und the Houses of Foxes control. Other say that these criminals are pressed into the Hounds, the house of Foxes elite bodyguards and hunter-killers.   The Hounds are usually only seen in the presence of high ranking members know as the Black Fox of a city. They alone control the Hounds and can set them upon anyone within reason . Black Foxes have a reputation of only sending Hounds to eliminate the worst of the worst or the members of the House of Foxes who have violated the code of conduct or those who have broken an important deal with the House of Foxes.   The Code of Conduct of the House of Foxes is very strict and does well to maintain an organized and relatively low profile organization. It seems that the House of Foxes prefers to target those who are more fortune and have a habit of being cruel or wasteful with their wealth. And it seems the House of Foxes makes it a point not the interfered with politics unless they so happen to exposé a corrupt official.

Structure

The Lord of Foxes runs the whole organization. Black Foxes run the organization at a city level. Hounds act as bodyguards and enforces for the House of Foxes. Red Foxes owe fealty to the Black Fox of a city and run specific areas with in a city under the Black Fox. White Foxes are members of the organization they owe the Red and Black Foxes fealty.
