Macterban Council Tower

The Macterban Council Tower is the newest Dragon/Council Tower. It is located with in the city limits and has a small forest surrounding it. The tower is south of the Lux Cestino.
The Person in charge of the tower is know as the Tower Enchanter. The current Tower Enchanter is Tanya Westwood, a human female.
The first floor is a reception and shop for magical items for the general public and mages i need of supplies area. Floor 2-5 is a museum and library.
floors 6-20 are open to the public if they are invited or escorted by a resident of the tower. Any and all follows above 20 are off limits to the general public.
Its 1250 ft tall

To house magical knowledge and train people how to use it properly

The library has been expanded and elevators have also been integrated into the tower.

Architecture

The tower is in a High Gothic style any and all gargoyles are dragons

History

The tower of Macterban was created in 175 DA by the dragons after the city of Macterban was first founded

Tourism

The first 5 floors are a museum and library that is open to the public for the modest fee of 1cp per person, this fee can be waved in exchanged for community service at the tower it self.
