Belle (Blue dragon goddes): Also know as the Sea Storm Dragon, is a Sea goddess rules over surface and deep of oceans. Worshiped by druids sailors and merchants. Commandments are to respect the seas and sea life no over harvesting or hunting of sea life. Burial at sea is okay. Maintain and clean up shore lines and where oceans feed into rivers.
