The scars resemble vines wrapping around his upper body and arms. The scarring is a result of a severe magical burn whilst trying to break free from a magically sealed cage in an Orc camp. The scarring originating from his neck resembles an Orc eye.

"Wesley was raised in the forest. Under his master, Inigo Patinik, leader of the swift leaf Monastery. Upon Reaching Maturity, Wesley was sent out into the world to gain his own wisdom. He left his love Buttercup, vowing to return as often as possible. Boarding a raft and following his whims, Wesley eventually ended up on a ship and hired on as cost for passage. Wesley spent the next 5 years learning his trade and gaining a reputation as a fair hand on any crew he hired on with. As he never spent more than a few ports with any one ship he sailed under many captains. One night Wesley blacked out in a bar and woke up press ganged into a crew of Scurvy sea dogs, and spent the last couple of years as a pirate under Captain Vizzini, an Arrogant Dwarf who liked to lord his intelligence over the rest of the crew and bully them.
On the day the ship was finally chased down, and cornered in a cove, Wesley dove overboard and made into the forest to escape. upon reaching the next town, Wesley signed onto a ship to get as far away as possible, Not realizing that this particular ship was headed to the edge of civilization. Now looking around this outpost in the middle of nowhere, Wesley is smiling, Knowing his next step has begun...."

Trained in Martial combat at the Swift Leaf Monistary. As well as the ways of life and philosophy. The fighting part was easy, but the rest was a little over his head, so his master sent him to get some practical experience.
