Taranis is an extremely large man with a very tall and overly-muscular figure. He has medium-length blonde hair with two distinct bangs that stand up over his head and tanned skin brought about by years of manual labor, martial training, and traveling the open road.

Personal history

Taranis was born among peasants in a small farming village where he grew up working the land. When he was 15, he lost his parents and home to a horrible flood. It was then that he met Vanessa, the apprentice of a notable and honorable paladin and the two took him in. They taught him many things and showed him how to adhere to an oath with grace and dignity.   One day, as they traveled together, the three of them were accosted by a group of bandits. The paladin was forced to sacrifice his life to let his wards escape. The harrowing experience strengthened the bond between the two teens as neither had anything left, except each other. They fell in love and Vanessa bore him a son. However, that happiness was not meant to last as they were both taken from him by an unknown murderer. On that day Taranis, swore to find their killer and avenge them.
