General Physical Condition
Regulus is a slightly overweight individual, there is very little muscle to him, but he seems to be rather light on his feet compared to some. Close inspection of his chest and leg will reveal perfectly circular scars.

Special abilities
Regulus' go to attack is what appears to be a Magic Missile spell but is actually Eldritch Blast. Lately there is an almost imperceptible, but constant, white glow around him: a blessing from his Celestial Patron.
Apparel & Accessories
Regulus typically wears a striped, collared shirt with a dark vest and a dark necktie. Pinned on the vest are a Gilnaith Enforcement Officer badge and his Watchful Order of Magists and Arcanists badge. He has a dark leather, underarm holster for his dark wood and gold wand. On his right pinky is a stone kintsugi and ruby ring and his left hand and wrist is adorned with his Pulse Wave Gauntlet.
Specialized Equipment
Regulus' wand is his defining weapon. It is made from a dark brown wood and inlaid with gold. The tip is designed to mimic a fountain pen but has a mechanical eye attached to the base of it. His wand is always at the ready to be drawn.

Personal history
Three years of fighting as a lawyer in the Calamity pushed Regulus to want a simpler life. He set out for a vacation in Idriell where he could also spend the time he wanted on his magic.
