Legend Lore: Dragon Domains
The Dragon Domains of Ancient Idriell were largely considered to be the five largest cities - though other Domains existed.
Existimantur; Incedia Illa Flammis Acribus (now Aurlus Solaris) - translated as the Searing Flame Castle. Existimantur was known for its sweltering heat - being actively ablaze with fires day and night. The castle could be seen from anywhere in mainland Idriell, even over the largest mountain ranges.
Dargus Kohl (now Gilnaith) - translated to The Blackened Pit. Dargus Kohl was a deep pit, its true depth never actually being established. Rare metals and Faerzress radiation made Dargus Kohl a valuable place to build and innovate.
Aelin (now Ohst Lor) - translated to the City of Falling Stars. Aelin sat at the edge of a great lake and a tall, jagged mountain range. It was named for the frequent meteors and extraplanar entities that fell from the sky into the lake nearby. Though it would not occur for generations after the Era of Dragon, Aelin would one day become a nexus for Dreams and Ontological power.
Ghoraii (now Isa Lunaria) - translated to the Mountain Kingdom of Souls. Ghoraii was an expansive mountainous series of villages and towns. The Soul Peak Mountains proved to have a unique Metaphysical Weakness, showing promise for being the site of an intraplanar portal - especially to the Far Realm.
Rigis Il (now Ril-Annon Ost) - translated to the Shining Ring of Doors. Though the Radiant Antechamber has been closed to time and space for many eons, Rigis Il was once connected to most other planes and rumoured to connect to other dimensions as well. Rigis Il was partially subsumed by the Lady of Pain.
