Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Balthazar is young, and in good health. He has a slim, graceful build.
Facial Features
His features are sharp, with a square jaw, and pronounced, high cheekbones. The only mar on his face is his nose, which is slightly crooked, probably not properly set after being broken, and a scar across the bridge.
Apparel & Accessories
Balthazar wears fine, embroidered, monocrhromatic clothes, though closer inspection will reveal them to be mostly made of cheaper materials, cleverly put together to look like quality. Overtop of the clothes, when out on an adventure, he wears fine studded leathers.
Specialized Equipment
He wears two machetes, and two balisong knives on his belt, with two more balisongs hidden up his sleeves. A hand crossbow is also buckled onto his belt. Slung over his back is a set of bagpipes, which are his favorite instrument, though he also carries and plays a horn and a flute when the occasion calls for it.

Personal history
Balthazar grew up on the streets of Baldur's Gate with his twin sister, Rosella. They got involved in a child gang. When they grew out of it, Rosella stowed away on a pirate ship, while Balthazar remained, and continued running cons, telling fortunes, and doing street corner performances. When Balthazar was found in bed with the wrong person, he was summarily sent to prison.
Imagine the surprise on his face when, not even three months later, his cell door unlocked, and there was his sister, holding the keys, and smiling.
