Hawk Starsky

Hawk and his twin brother Tegan Starsky grew up with parents who were indentured Aurasniffers. The parents' debt to The Triumvirate passed to the brothers and they were “sold” into servitude to XCGen.
Because they were twins, their Skill was more powerful than other Savants so the CORPs forced mods onto them to weaken their Skills.
