Hellmaw Province

The Hellmaw Province consists of a roughly 50 mile radius surrounding Hellmaw Falls and the cities therein, including, notably, Kahron's Cross.

Structure

Governor Grayfall rules the province, and under him are his cabinet. Beneath them are the mayors of the various cities in the province.

History

Hellmaw Province started out as a mere collection of cities surrounding the hellmaw who banded together under a single banner in 179 PA to facilitate travel and commerce between the cities. They have kept relatively to themselves over the years, using their trade position as protection.

Demography and Population

Largely human and dwarf with a smattering of orc. Population at about 42,000.

Foreign Relations

Relatively friendly to outsiders. Their relationship is strained between Balan and Zudas Bastion both due to the war brewing between the two, but they have no problem with most of the West.
