Nethalia 'Regal-Eyes' Morgaine

Captain Nethalia Morgaine (a.k.a. Regal-Eyes)

The daughter of Henry Morgaine and Robyn Jil-Ghelian, Nethalia is one in a million. Half-elven, Half human, Nethalia is directly tied to the Weave through both of her bloodlines.   When she was three, her parents split, violently. Her father staged a mutiny against her mother and laid claim to his daughter. He raised her to scorn her mother, and taught her his brutal forms of combat and 'diplomacy'.   Although she was too young to be instructed as an Auger by her mother, she learned early on to obey her gut instinct.

History

Nethalia found Gilbert in Easterport panhandling for a meal. She brought him aboard her ship and soon realized that he was her half brother. They sailed together for several years until Nethalia began to hunt subversive agents from Bristol. Her ruthless tactics and unwillingness to explain her intuition to Gilbert created a rift between the two. Gilbert had a crisis of conscience and turned Nethalia in for maritime crimes. Since her escape from prison and full acceptance of her abilities she has accepted her brother once more, but has yet to forgive him. Gilbert now knows that she was right and feels that he has to make it up to her.
