Faena Longstrider

Born a gnome in Glitterhome in 6525 CY, Faena knew from an early age she did not want to stay in her home in the Sunset Mountains forever. She left home at the relatively young age of 53, and wandered for over a century before meeting Alanon Caeldrim, Diskur and Vairor Dremora in 6667 CY. Alanon had journeyed south from Greyguard, far to the north in the Snowfall Mountains armed with the Prophecy of the Novaloc, which had foretold of Faena's birth. The prophecy told of an attempt to release once of the Elder Gods, Eltax from his prison deep within Rancor. It also foretold that it would be Alanon's duty to guide and mentor the young Faena, even though in the doing it would mean her death. Despite the grim news, she was determined to forestall the potential cataclysm that Eltax's return would bring. Joining them was Vairor and Diskur, and together the three of them were able to defeat the Cult of the Lost God in 6679 CY, fulfilling her destiny, but Diskur fell as well. Shortly after her death she was raised to divinity as a Lesser God, making her one of the most recent beings that have ascended to divinity, and her following is still in its infancy.

Alanon Caeldrim: The Chosen of Faena Longstrider and the High Priest of her church. During her life Alanon was her mentor and loyal companion, and after her death and ascension to divinity as a Lesser God Alanon spreads her word. Originally a member of the Order of the Grey Guard, it was foretold in the Prophecy of the Novaloc that it would be Alanon's duty to guide and mentor the young Faena as she came of age, eventually foiling an attempt by the Cult of the Lost God to release Eltax from his prison in the Pits of Despair. They were successful, even though it ended with Faena's death in 6679 CY.

Prophets of Good Fortune- The Prophets of Good Fortune were founded by Alanon Caeldrim after Faena's death. An organization dedicated to her worship, the Prophets serve adventurers across Earedar, offering training, equipment and refuge to adventurers in need. One of their most famous schools is the Hall of the Wanderer in Emberfall, although their institutions can be found across the Continent.
