Meldarion was friends with Malon Bagsheer and Khasauq; they came together in the dragon war. Although they choose to be neutral parties in this war. Meldarion witnessed Malons immortality first-hand. The trio were soon split when the undead horde siege the land Khasauq had to achieve lichdom in order to control the undead and put an end to the war. Meanwhile, Meldarion came to the small island kingdom of el Escollo de Benirbella where he killed a tyrant King Tutwal Umar, but this slowly resulted in the civilians turning on each other and wiping each other out. Meldarion never intervened in material domain affairs ever again choosing a life as a charlatan

Meldarion started his life out as a playwright but quickly grew bored and decided to venture out of the fey adventurer travelling with Malon Bagsher and Khasauq; defeating monsters and gaining renown. although Meldarions habit of creating lies and personas got the group into a lot of trouble.
When his friends departed he tried the heroic act by himself, but when his actions cost a community to destroy itself he decided to live a life of pleasure and never interfere with the mortal realm again.
At some point during this time Meldarion gain the ability to wish and used it for eternal youth fearing death would bring an end to all of his fun.
Eventually, he stumbled across a baby Neurion in the Feywild and in an uncharacteristically sympathetic moment took the child under his wind as his mentee, Spending many hundred of years conning people and always on the run Neurion eventually left his mentor and meldarion returned to his usual charlatan ways.
Eventually, he met up with his student again in the material plane while throwing a concert filled with nothing but monsters attending a monster mash as he called it. He soon began to realise that his student was out there doing all the heroic things he always wanted to do. It dawned on him how his student was a far better person than he was and that despite his terrible parental methods he had finally done something good with his life.
Meldarion is captured by the Ilioss Clergy and used as ransom to bait out Neurion, when the Bureau come to rescue him, it is revealed that Malon Bagsher had a hand in all that happened and planned to destroy the world. Using ancient magic Meldarion had picked up in the past he got the Bureau out of there safely. but the price for such a spell meant he could no longer continue to run from death. He parted the realm of the living by telling his student how proud he was of him and that the stage was now his.
