As the leader of a major city in the Ulmark, Steltheim cares for the safety of his citizens. He has a serious demeanor, but shows gratitude and support to those who help him and the people of Brisburg.

Timeline

Steltheim was ruling mayor when a party of adventurers arrived in Brisburg 11 Orult 412 ERS. He pays them for their help in the city's fight against Morgard.
After a brief and furious siege, mayor Antonius agrees to the terms of surrender offered by Morgard  on 18 Orult 412 ERS. He remains in office during the occupation.
