Strîgù

The Strîgù once lived near the blue mountains, where the first night and stone goblins occasionally found their way. They left primitive paintings in the caves to warn others of their people. One scene features a bright beam falling from the sky, transforming the animals into humanoid beasts.

- Brictaelgican Relics, book -

According to Brictaelgian legends, the Strîgù once lived during the Age of Creation and are considered the animal ancestors of the Gwâpragg (Mountain Shadows). The Âdocôdix say they were as ravenous as hyenas and had the strength and size of bears. In the Îrwadri caves on Brictaelgis you can find ancient cave paintings that date back to the 12th millennium BEC. On the one hand, they show the beasts in battle with the first Brictaelgica and also their metamorphosis into the mountain shadows feared by the Âtogôtaigs of Prigg-Thâgi.
