Hills of Argon'ath

While the halflings living in Vineshade are generally rich, many more live in the Hills of argon'ath where there are few possibilities for farming and most of the land is controlled by the Bloodleaf cartel. Here they force those in debt to them to farm various herbs and plants to sell on. Most of these plants are illegal in the rest of the world, however due to the power of the cartel it is all but impossible to actually do anything about it. The unfertile parts of the land are used for growing whatever crops are needed to feed the cartel's workers but due to the poor harvests produced on these lands this is rarely enough food to feed them all.
People from all over E'ath also use these hills as a pilgrimmage tour to pay respects to Bob Goodbody, ending the pilgrammage at the roots of Li'kunar to test wether the tree deems them worthy to see his grave. Although none other than the current archdruid is known to be accepted by the tree thousands of people still perform the pilgrammage every year. These people often act in good faith and give food and donation to the starving people living in the hills although they are mostly ignorant of the happenings here.

Fauna & Flora

Almost all animals here are domasticated, being used for food and feeding on the grass too unfertile to be used for farming. These domesticated animals include mostly sheep and cattle.
