Fjord The Forgetful
The Forgetful Fjord Unknown
Backstory
Fjord’s memory loss was initially thought to stem from a tragic mining accident that left him unable to recall events for long periods. However, it was later revealed that his memory loss was caused by an attack on his clan by The Queen of Air and Darkness, a powerful and malevolent fey entity. The attack left Fjord as one of the few survivors, stripping him of almost all memories of his family and heritage. This traumatic event created a void in Fjord’s life, but instead of succumbing to despair, he embraced his life with gratitude and joy. His memory loss often leads to amusing situations, as he’ll sometimes reintroduce himself to people he’s already met.
Fjord’s spiritual journey began after meeting Olaf, a dwarf cleric of Selûne, who introduced him to the Moon Goddess. Fjord’s faith in Selûne gives him purpose and helps him navigate his challenges. The guiding light of Selûne provides Fjord with a sense of belonging that he has longed for since losing his clan.
