Khalan (KAL-on)

The second-largest city in the Selenavi Republic, located on the northern shore of the Azurali Sea.
Khalan was the second city to join Selenia in the Republic. Despite not being quite as large, Khalan had a substantial militia due to the proximity of the city to The Darkwood Forest, which saw abberant creatures and monsters emerge often enough to warrent concern. The land Khalan sits on is extremely fertile, allowing the city to grow a great amount of various food to export.
Khalan is made up primarily of humans and half-elves.
