Genevieve Doutin

Genevieve Doutin is the second taciturn Cardian Dragoon the party has met, and the second to ever raise their spear against a party member, though unlike Isa, Genevieve was not just trying to train them how to counter. After a chance encounter at the Valles Estate Auction, they next met Doutin in Thalatte when she joined Serenye Voda and Henry Montagon in disrupting Celeste Meracydia's presentation at the Nanab Foundation.
Doutin is a tall human female, with the sharp angular features common to Cardians. She wears her long red hair back in a tight ponytail and favors crisp white coats and red pants. Her weapon of choice is a dragon-winged spear purchased for 4000 gil at the Sindarius Valles Estate Auction, an unnamed weapon "said to be blessed by the Azure Dragoon herself," and was acquired by Sindarius "during his travels to the Forgotten's hidden city."
She was next encountered in Thalatte as part of the party's visit to Celeste Meracydia. Doutin had given Thalatte's faithful reason to distrust her, as her visit to the harbor shrine had her apparently promise vengeance on the goddess Herself. Doutin then joined Serenye in his attempt to end any threat of Celeste revealing the pathway to the Forgotten City, but then surrendered after the gunbreaker was unsuccessful in his attempt.

INTEL

Pre-recruitment (Isa, 38): Doutin did not enroll in the Dravanian Academy for long, leaving in her second year due to the deaths of her parents and the loss of her financial support. She did not receive the customary spear that most dragoons get as a result of her withdrawal.
