Yemaja

First encountered wearing her carved, wooden stag mask, Yemaja is a human woman and leader of the True Followers of Oshozi. She firmly believes in maintaining the natural sanctity of nature, seeing herself as a guardian of the forest. She is a devoted follower of Oshozi and believes many "older" beliefs of the region.
Session 2:

• Yemaja and her followers assisted the party by bringing the Widow to a holy spring where Oshozi allowed the Widow to be brought back.
• Yemaja revealed information on the disease: it is characterized by a ravenous hunger and odd behavior, the hunger has developed relatively recently (perhaps the last couple of weeks), the odd behavior has been common for approximately two months, and the source is currently unknown.
• The True Followers plan to sweep the region of the old temple - located in the Heart of the Forest. They have agreed to delay their sweep until the party returned.
• Yemaja believes that animal companions - including insects - are reincarnated loved ones.
