The Half Full Goblet

Purpose / Function

The Half Full Goblet is an Inn and Tap House. While it's main purpose is food and drink after a long hard day at work it has many rooms up above the main floor and they can be rented out to those travelers who would rather spend coin then take a night over at the public house.

History

While it's main source of income is it's food and it's drink, and it does offer a bed for the weary traveler to the City of Harddlech, the main purpose of The Half Full Goblet is neither. It's the local headquarters of a pack of werewolves. Most of the beds and rooms are for pack members to kick up for the night, a place for the young wolves to have an eye kept on them, and for old wolves to be cared for. In fact all the workers at the Half Full Goblet are members of the Pack, either matebonded or one of those whose soul has merged with the wolf.

Tourism

Most of those visiting the Taphouse are the various workers and towns folk coming in for a meal and a drink after a long day of toil. The cook Aonghus MacAskill is well known locally for his skills in the kitchen. While others come to rest and listen to the stories and tales of his wife Madadh, who can spin a yarn better then some gleemans.
