Demographics

As a Trade Port and Capital of Gwynnyd Harddlech's demographics is broken up among many of the species of the Isles. It's a multiracial home with many districts cut out by the CuSidhe, Beithir, Fae, Humans, Nixie, Dwergar, Trollkin, and etc. etc. etc. that call the Capital home.
As Harddlech was settled by raiders from Skathwawjo it also has a good quantity of races from the frozen lands of the North.

Government

While mostly goverened by Lawspeakers and the Moot as passed down by Danelaw, Sef ap Gwynnyd is the leader when it comes to martial and extrabordial affairs. Most of the disagreements are settled between parties, and if it grows to big then a Moot may be called to settle grievencies and met out blood get. When it comes border security and raids on other lands for new flesh and gold then the Jarl will be called upon to lead the boats.
For the most part the Moots cover the bigger issues, and the Lawspeakers cover the lesser.
