Amongst the Lizard Tribes

Having crash landed in the River Basin of the Lizard Tribes, the group has made a startling discovery: many of the lizard tribes have fallen to worshiping the Gaunt Queen. The Castaways made this startling discovery when they ventured into a Pale Lizard camp to steal supplies. Will they be able to find the leader of this pervasive cult and tear out the roots or will they have to initial a purge of the foul lizards?
