Rinoa is a young swordswoman. Having close ties with Stardust Phoenix, she often traveled to TGC on her missions. Eventually she chose to settle down from traveling and moved permanently to the planet, working as a blacksmith and occasionally helping the Jumpers fight various threats.
Physical Description
Special abilities
Eulalie: Rinoa's passion was always to be a ballerina, though her past stopped her from truly achieving that dream. Rinoa attacks en pointe, slashing her opponent in a graceful, dance-like move.
Ulalame: Rinoa exhibits ballon, appearing to float effortlessly as she lunges at her opponent, her blade outstretched. After her strike, she lands lightly on her feet as if she had just achieved flight.
Annabel Lee: Rinoa performs her own unique Grand Pas, yet another dazzling dance/attack hybrid of her own creation. As always, a strong attack follows the beauty of Rinoa's dance.
Lenore: Rinoa performs a waltz, mesmerizing her opponent as she dances from her current position to that of her enemy. As she finishes her step, she strikes with her blade, leaving an immense slash across the chest of her adversary.
Ligeia: Rinoa positions herself to perform 32 fouettes in the blink of an eye, striking the opponent on each revolution as well. The opponent is stricken by each and everyone of her elegant assaults, left to die after witnessing the marvel of her dance.

Specialized Equipment
Crazy Diamond: A sledgehammer that Rinoa forged herself using the crystallized fang from Dia Manticore's bestial form. It is a standard sledgehammer but with diamond coated surfaces on each of the ends of its head. Though it is primarily used by Rinoa in her smithing work, she can also utilize it as a war hammer if so required.
Silencer Echo- Banshee: A modified version of the signature sword of the Kazehana Dojo. A memento of the man who was like a father to both Rinoa and Stardust. The sword, a marvelous rapier, has a built in amplifier in its handguard that can induce deafness in opponents by amplifying the sound of anything that she strikes it against. The Banshee modification utilizes technology taken from Noize to imitate his Mutelation technique, absorbing all sound in the immediate area and releasing it as an ear-piercing, cacophonous shriek. The blade has also been reinforced to strengthen it's cutting ability despite being a weapon primarily meant for thrusting. It is the weapon that Rinoa tends to use the most.
Warped Rose: A simple foil that is not used much for actual combat. The blade appears to be made of several blades wrapped and warped around each other. The handguard of the sword looks similar to rose petals. The true purpose of this weapon is that it allows Rinoa and anyone holding her hand to instantaneously travel to anywhere she has been as long as she can form a clear image of the destination in her head. The sword also creates pocket dimensions of a sort that Rinoa uses to store her other swords while not in use. She materializes the pocket spaces within her fingertips and as a result she can carry any ten of her swords with her at once (though Warped Rose is always carried due to its purpose).
Leontophone: A wooden sword designed in the style of a hunting sword. It was forged from the branch of a tree that emits a captivating aroma to beasts. A nearby beasts that catches a whiff of the aroma will find itself behaving in a subservient manner to the one who wields this sword. The downside of this weapon is that if it were to leave the owner's hands at any time, they will find themselves no longer to control the wild animals tamed by its ability.
Zodiac Black: A scimitar with a completely black steel blade. The sword was designed by a sect of assassins to help provide them with cover for assassinations but it was deemed a failure. The sword's ability is that it can absorb light into its blade, functioning as a black body object. A sphere of darkness is generated from the absorbed light and encloses both Rinoa and her opponent, completely removing their ability to see.
Firework Kiss: A flambard with a red and blue tinge. The signature sword of a warrior named Agudra the Flash, Rinoa fought the man to a stand still and claimed the sword as she claimed his life. The sword produces sparks that can blind those who look at it as Rinoa swings it. Firework Kiss can also be ignited to act as a flaming sword.
Crying Lightning: A viking sword shaped by lightning and bathed in oils made from grounded electric eels. It was the ceremonial sword of a tribe that worshiped lightning from a distant planet. Rinoa slew the high priest of the tribe after learning of its existence and claimed it as her own. Those who are cut by it feel the intensity of a storm pulse through their body. The sword can cause paralysis in those who are cut by it.
Tinkerbell: An extremely thin epee with a thimble for a handguard, Rinoa is actually using an enlarged version of it. A sword that has soaked in the shrinking magic employed by the Insect Witch clan, the wielder can shrink to a diminutive form along with the blade just by activating it.
Iron Maiden: A dagger that can absorb the iron in the blood of those it cuts to repair itself from any nicks, rust, or serious damage. The user an also impale the blade into their own chest to have it transfer its iron reserve directly into their own body, giving their skin a metallic appearance and an overall increased endurance until the power itself runs out and the user will then feel excruciating pain from the process of impaling themselves.
Martian Spider: An executioner's sword that's blade has turned completely red from the blood that it has bathed in. The sword was owned by an infamous executioner with a penchant for ruthlessness before Rinoa acquired it, killing the man and setting his innocent prisoners free. The blade is actually multiple thin blades that act similar to a sharp cat o' nine-tails when swung.
Memento Mori: A mortuary sword that appears to have already been broken apart and apparently remains held together by an invisible force. The origin of this sword is unknown but Rinoa found it being sold as just a broken weapon in a junk shop during one of her outings. While Rinoa is holding this sword, any damage directed at her is sent back to her adversary as well.
Tabula Rasa: A gladius that appears entirely ordinary besides the words that it takes its name from being carved into the blade. It is an ancient sword from an ancient empire that has long passed and got into Rinoa's hands after she found it in the burial grounds of these ancient warriors. The sword does not have the ability to physically cut an opponent despite its blade appearing otherwise, instead those cut by the blade will instead have their memories cut and erased. If cut on the hands, memories relating to combat may have a higher change of being lost while academic knowledge loss increases if cut on the head and personal memories are at greater risk if cut along the heart or general area of the heart. The memories that have been lost by Tabula Rasa return to the victim when the wielder of the sword is far away enough from them.
Carcinogen: A sabre that emits a faint green mist around it and spreads a particularly caustic infection through anything that it cuts, dissolving it from the inside out. One of the most dangerous and cruel weapons amongst Rinoa's disposal, she does not use it particularly often.
Inferline: A katzbalger imbued with a peculiar ability. The user of the sword is said to be granted the ability to survive fatal attacks up to nine times. The blade appears more and more in a state of dereliction after each use of its ability. Is is said that the blade will break and the user's soul will be dragged immediately to hell after their ninth "life" is consumed with the sword.
Psycho Queen: A (?) sword that allows the wielder to see up to five seconds in the future while wielding it, allowing them to predict and evade attacks that may come their way within that period of time. The flaw of this sword however is that the visions granted by it are not always set in stone.
Abstention: A bowie knife with a handle wrapped in chains with a broken lock hanging from one as a tassel. This blade is special in that it is designed to be used not directly against the opponent but on the user's own flesh. The user of Abstention cuts an area of their body while making eye contact with an opponent, no damage is felt but a thick black circle surrounds where the cut is on the user and a similar circle then appears on the flesh of the adversary. Neither afflicted by this curse is able to move or utilize the affected body part, working as a form of indirectly restraining and binding an opponent at the cost of the user's body as well. The curse is broken when eye contact between the two is lost for more than 8 seconds.
Mistress Viper: A whip-like sword _____________.
Broken Doll: A rusty cutlass, tip broken, that allows the wielder to create a copy of themself. The copy is capable of following the wielder's thoughts and motions, and can use a different sword. The copy disappears in the wielder loses their grip on Broken Doll.
Rumblefish: A claymore made from the salvaged remains of the zweihander, Typhon, used by Echidna Palazzo, the captain of the Nikopolis Knights. After Nikopolis fell and the threat caused by Zeitgeist had been dealt with, Rinoa traveled to the wreckage site where Nikopolis once floated, eager to find the broken blade after Stardust had told her of its abilities. She succeeded and reinforced the sword with a sheet of armor plating that had came from Kyrios himself, rendering it impressively durable for a refurbished weapon. Though the blade could once control tectonic and atmospheric forces, it has lost that ability. It now can create vibrations that can be sent through the ground or air as Rinoa strikes it. The sword itself can also absorb the vibrations to increase its destructive capabilities.
The Conqueror Wyrm: A zweihander forged from the tooth of a dragon that once ravaged the world. The sword was designed by the dragon sorcerer, Darrow, who sought to use its ability to channel his powers and reverse the curse affecting him. The sword proved useless in restoring his proper dragonity but does seem able to grant such a trait to others. Rumors of this sword is what brought Rinoa to TGC in the first place, fate would have it that Stardust Phoenix and his Stardust Breaker just so happened to be there as well. It is a sword that emits overwhelming pressure, a cursed blade that can only cause misery. This sword grants Rinoa significantly increased physical performance and the ability to sprout dragonic wings but drains life from her the longer that she holds it.

Personal history
As a young child, Rinoa and her sister, Ruka, were orphaned. She found another nearby orphanage, where the owner, Kazemaru, taught those who wanted to learn Kendo. By age 13, she and one other student, Star, where able to held their own against Kazemaru. The two students grew close, and eventually he confessed his love to her. They were happy together for a brief time, until she was taken away from the orphanage by Juan Santiago, the then-heir to the Santiago Family business. The Santiago Family were some of the earliest backers of the colonization of Sheol and highly influential.
Unknown to Juan or Rinoa, the head of the family had grown discontent with his son, who wasn't shaping up to be the heir that he desired. He ordered Juan to pick out an orphan from one of their orphanages, and Juan chose Rinoa. He claimed her unique red eyes excited him. Soon after returning with the girl, he was demoted, and Rinoa was set to inherit the family business. Juan was sent offworld to broker a deal for the family, and returned with a legendarily powerful sword, the World Destroyer Leviathan. He slaughtered everyone at Rinoa's former orphanage, including her sister. When she learned of this, Rinoa swore revenge. Realizing she needed a legendary blade of her own, she returned to the one place she knew she could find one: her old master. She killed Kazemaru in a duel and stole his sword, the Silencer Echo, and began her quest for revenge.
Her path crossed with TGC and the Jumpers often, and eventually she chose to relocate there, leaving most of her past behind. She and Star continued their relationship, but began to realize that the interim years had changed them both. Eventually, they realized they were no longer romantically compatible, and broke it off, remaining close friends.

Social
Contacts & Relations
Allies= Is generally ambivalent towards The Gravity Core with the exception of Stardust Phoenix, she has neither no close bonds or grudges. She does seem to have some sort of respect towards Midnight Shadow.
Enemies/Rivals= Besides having a very less than stellar view of herself, Rinoa has an intense loathing of the man named Juan Santiago
Social Aptitude
Rinoa usually comes off as aloof and somewhat detached to most people. In actuality though, she's a fairly emotionally vulnerable person who chooses to distance herself from others to avoid complicating their situation. Rinoa has a lot of blood on her hands and she realizes it, she'd rather not drag other people into paying for her transgressions though. She is a thoughtful young woman who while having a warm heart has forced herself to adapt a cold demeanor to do the things that she must.
