Physical Description

General Physical Condition

Seazer is an imposing man of great height who wears a pristine white toga with purple trim, a crown made of laurel, and very plain sandals. His right arm is covered entirely in a bandage, concealing a massive pincer that he grafted onto his arm to use as a weapon. One of his most distinguishing features is his compound eyes, Seazer modified his own eyes to allow him to “see light beyond the eyes of man.”

Enhanced Lungs- Seazer can breathe in water.
Enhanced Eyesight- Seazer modified his eyes to be like those of the mantis shrimp, allowing him to see far deeper into the light spectrum than most known lifeforms. As a result, his ability to discern people is nearly unmatched and he is capable of seeing through mere tricks such as most forms of invisibility.
Exoskeleton- The outer layer of Seazer’s skin is an exoskeleton designed to reinforce the modifications he has made to his own body while also acting as a powerful defensive measure. He can withstand even tank shells head-on.
Cloaking- Seazer can turn himself translucent to cloak into his environment.
Hydrobolic Railgun- Seazer can fire pressurized bubbles formed from water particles in the air from his immense claw mimicking the ability of the pistol shrimp. These bubble bullets can shred through metal, flesh, and bone as if fired from the equivalent of a railgun.
Mantis Cannon- Despite the name, this is not actually a cannon or projectile attack at all but a punch from Seazer’s other arm. This arm has been reinforced with musculature to mimic the punching power of the mantis shrimp, a creature that Seazer has long considered his favorite. The force of his punch is equivalent to being hit directly by a cannonball.

Personal history

Jaden Seazer had been called shrimp for most of his childhood by his peers due to his short stature. This led him as a young man to become fascinated with marine biology, eventually leading him to the belief that all planets and all life come from an ocean of genetic material in the center of the universe. As a young adult, he was involved with a group of geneticists who called themselves The Children of Paradise. The Children of Paradise were drawn to the idea of discovering the origin of life. Due to disagreements and personal egos, The Children of Paradise eventually disbanded and Seazer returned to his home planet, Meluesine, and enlisted as a soldier in the armed forces. Two years later, a military coup broke out on Meluesine and Seazer, through sheer luck of having survived where most of his platoon had fallen, had been asked to overwatch an outpost. The man found that he enjoyed the taste of power he had been given and eventually overthrew Commandant Ignious, the man who staged the initial coup. This led to the foundation of the Galactic Federation as Meluesine’s troops claimed neighboring planets and moons as their own.

Crowning himself as Rektor of the newly formed Galactic Federation, Seazer could use his new resources to continue his search for the ocean of creation. He had come to view that he could enact universal peace by using his genetics knowledge to guide individuals to their purpose in life from birth. The only downside was that some species were more resistant to gene manipulation than others. It was unfortunate but Seazer viewed the erasure of some as a justified means to obtain tranquility for those who remained, though he took no pleasure in acts such as the Gatracian Massacre. While still striving to find the genetic ocean, he vowed he would expand his Federation to the farthest reaches of space and would rewrite the genetic code of all those he came along so that they would never again fear uncertainty in life.

Admiral Dengar Bacon- Seazer’s right hand man, a pig Agesian who acts as the highest military officer of the Galactic Federation. He is one of the few people who Seazer allows to speak to him as an equal in any fashion. Despite being an Agesian, Seazer values Bacon because of his ruthlessness and his unflinching loyalty to the Federation’s ultimate goals.

Yulius - Yulius is a clone of Seazer himself, created to act as a personal guard but was stolen by an insurgent cell shortly after his birth. Seazer wants Yulius back desperately, not as a son but as a weapon. Yulius is unaware of his own origin.

Kaori Elysium - The girl who represents a perpetual thorn in Seazer’s side. Though the Elysiums and their Gatracians were never a threat to Seazer’s rule, he still saw fit to make an example of them and to prove to himself he could erase dissidents when necessary. He had not prepared for the children to survive. Being the paranoid man he is, Seazer believes that one day, Kaori will lead a revolution to overthrow him and he has prepared himself for such a day. However, due to a truce brokered with her brother Mac, Seazer will not be the one to throw the first stone.

Shadowbolt A man who seems to have some personal history with Seazer beyond just his time with the Elysiums but the full extent of their history is a guarded secret for now.
