Tarbik

Tarbik is an elderly tortle druid who serves as a priest of the Order of the Star Leaf. Tarbik is one of the older non-elven members of the Order and is still spry for his advanced years. He has his own copy of the Staff of the Woodlands and is somewhat of an expert in the artifact of the same name.
