Claudia Belasco

Claudia Belasco is headmistress of the orphanage at Church of Saint Andral. Claudia is called Miss Witch by the children and the younger ones say that she eats the bad children. Every time a child leaves the orphanage they believe that Claudia has eaten them. Ireena Kolyonovich has been assisting her.
The party first met Claudia prior to the Wachter coup requesting to speak with Ireena Kolyonovich. They met her a second time checking in on Ireena who was back at the orphanage assisting Claudia with new arrivals.
Claudia informed the party that Ireena Kolonovich has been missing for several days at their last visit to Vallaki. Claudia provided all information she had citing that the children have been in an uproar since the coup, understandably so. Ireena went to secure some treats for the children in an effort to comfort them, but never returned.
